Terms & Conditions for Sessions
Disclaimer & Waiver
For all services booked, you will be required to fill out a waiver and read through the disclaimer form. This will be sent to you when the booking is secured. Below is an overview of what may be included.
All services are offered for entertainment purposes only and are intended to support personal insight and growth.
By booking or participating in a session with Brandi Wein, you agree to the following:
You are at least 18 years old and participating voluntarily.
You understand this service is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and well-being at all times.
No claim is made to predict or guarantee specific outcomes. Insights shared may be misinterpreted or contain human error.
You accept that sessions may bring forward material that is emotionally challenging. If this is a concern, you are advised not to book.
I reserve the right to decline or end any session if I feel boundaries or safety are compromised (e.g., abusive language, intoxication).
Sessions will not include reading other people’s lives or personal details. Any references to others arise through your energy and are not to be taken as factual or absolute.
No sessions may be recorded without mutual consent. Use of platforms such as Zoom or FaceTime involves inherent digital privacy risks.
You agree not to publish session content and to maintain confidentiality.
Legal Release:
By participating in a session, you (and any assigns or representatives) release Brandi Wein from all claims related to your session. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brandi Wein and any affiliated persons against any legal or financial consequences arising from your participation.
Engagement in a session is done at your own risk and discretion.
Refund & Cancellation Policy for Sessions
Non-Refundable Services
All readings and intuitive coaching sessions are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. Intuitive services are personal and subjective in nature, and once a session is completed, it cannot be undone or returned.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel appointments under the following terms:
Cancellation with Full Refund:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund
Cancellation with Forfeiture:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will forfeit the full session fee
No-shows will forfeit the full session fee
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability at no additional charge.
Practitioner Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no cost.
Technical Issues
In the event of severe technical problems during a virtual session that prevent the service from being completed, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered at no cost.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot.
