Refund Window

We offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. The refund period begins from the date your order was placed, not the date it was received.

Eligible Returns

Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and materials intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use are not eligible for refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Items with missing or damaged packaging

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for approval and return shipping instructions

  3. Ship the item back to us in original condition

  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we've processed it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
