I’ve worked with pendulums and crystals for most of my life — not as tools to give answers away, but as mirrors that help you listen more clearly to your own intuition.
Every piece in this dowsing kit is chosen the same way I choose the crystals I work with personally: by holding it, feeling into it, and waiting for that quiet inner yes. I trust that knowing completely. It’s never failed me.

Many crystals come from family-owned mines in Bali, Brazil, Guatemala, and India — passed down through generations.
All suppliers hold proper mining certificates ensuring safety and environmental care.
Each crystal I bring into the store is personally selected — I hold every pendulum, every stone, and let my intuition guide me. There's an inner knowing, a simple yes or no that I've learned to trust completely.
When the shipment arrives, I unwrap each piece with care and intention, placing it exactly where it belongs. Throughout this process, I hold one thought: that these crystals will find their way to the right person, offering them clarity and insight in their own journey.
This has been my practice for many years, and I've never felt the need to change it.

Shipping Regions
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. All orders are processed and shipped from within Canada.
Standard Shipping
Shipping costs for standard delivery are included in all product prices listed on our website. Standard shipping via Canada Post typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location within Canada.
Express Shipping
For customers who need faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping as an optional upgrade at checkout. Delivery time for Express Shipping is 2-3 business days.
Please note, that Express shipping must be selected at checkout before payment. The cost will be added to your total order amount.
We offer free express shipping for orders over CAD 150.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping timelines begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package with Canada Post.

Refund Window
We offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. The refund period begins from the date your order was placed, not the date it was received.
Eligible Returns
Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and materials intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use are not eligible for refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
Items that have been used or worn
Items with missing or damaged packaging
Customized or personalized items
Items purchased more than 30 days ago
How to Request a Refund
Contact us with your order number and reason for return
Wait for approval and return shipping instructions
Ship the item back to us in original condition
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we've processed it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
